Secondary Research

I had read a article about hispanic dropouts. This article explained how hispanic children, who learned spanish first, had a hard time in school. This article gave me ideas about my survey. Like asking if learning a second language was hard or not? For some hispanic children its hard to learn a second language, but it does depend who is trying to learn a second language.

Article Summary:
Foreigners that move to America usually don't know english. Their children would go to school without knowing english and it would be hard for hispanic children to learn. The Hispanic community have a higher percent to dropout or fail school than African Americans and Caucasians.
